Rachel Campoy was not expecting to be expecting during her junior year at Western Kentucky University, but after the positive test, she prepared herself for life as a mother. With her boyfriend Travis Gordon by her side, she is now pursuing her Master’s Degree in Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Kentucky.
Bayek Bayek and his girlfriend Olivia have been together for almost two years after meeting at Western Kentucky University. Throughout their relationship, Olivia has embraced Bayek’s culture through following family traditions, learning the language and asking questions about his homeland.
Best friends Emily Walker and Sarah Williams have been confused with each other for as long as they can remember. Since they were five years old, the two blondes have gone to the same schools all the way through college, battling teachers and professors swapping their names. “It had to stop bothering us years ago,” Williams said. “If it ever becomes too much I’ll just dye her hair red in her sleep.”
Bonsai enthusiast Keaton King finds comfort in perfectly sculpting his bonsai trees into shapes as well as keeping them healthy. An introvert, King feels a connection with the trees in a way he cannot with people.
Wyatt Mick came out as a trans man in high school, but wasn’t able to begin his transitioning journey until late into his college career. After a year of being on testosterone and now completing top surgery, he has found a new meaning to loving yourself.
